you want to change?
here’s how it works.
STEP 1
CONCEPTUAL
Conceptual is the process that happens from the beginning of the job being booked, so this is only if the job is guaranteed. This first section begins with a conversation on what you want. We decide rly set. We explore your unique style and try to get everything you are hoping for. This part of the process is full of renderings, mood boards, and potential layouts. Large projects are usually given two options and you can select either or a combination of both.
STEP 2
TRADES
STEP 3
SCHEDULE
This is part where the guys come and tell me what it costs then I catalogue the best combination of items to suit your budget. You can play out different choices see where best to put the money. Multiple visits and budget goes from estimate to order. We try to get competitive pricing within my own team of trades to ensure the best person for your budget and style. Often trade feedback can slightly change our plans so revision time to plan is also allocated here.
We funnel things down and make choices for exactly the things we buy and where we schedule everything. Order all items, and ensure that all things are on site BEFORE we begin in order to be most efficient. We book the trades and minimize the amount of time your house is under construction. This is the client’s last opportunity to make any changes
STEP 4
RENOVATION
STEP 5
WRAP UP
This is the part where we execute all the planning. The messy, loud and dirty part. No more changes. We try to be as efficient as possible but due to COVID we stagger our trades. White Fox Design is on site daily to give direction to trades, project manage, oversee quality and supply clients with a daily check in email (Due to COVID we try to only be there when the house is empty) and update the client on progress.
This is where all finishing details of your Renovation happen. We add art, accessories, and décor. We also review where we ended with the budget. An opportunity to review any questions, feedback, or the next potential space you might want to tackle. The final style and photo shoot, then we celebrate!
